You're in great hands
Your First Visit:
This first visit will give us the opportunity to see what is going on, listen to your concerns, needs, and goals for your health. Upon scheduling your first visit we will provide you with initial paperwork that gives us a good idea on how we can help you! You will be greeted by a warm smiling face when you arrive to your initial consultation.
After going over your paperwork and diving into your goals, we will assess your neuro-spinal system. This is done with our state-of-the-art technology that helps us assess the spine and how your nervous system is functioning as a whole. After your scan, we will do a comprehensive structural analysis with state of the art digital x-ray system. This allows us to see what structural compensation your body may be making to adapt to the stress that has been placed on your nervous system. After gathering information from your history, and the examination, we will be able to not only determine if you are a good candidate for the care we provide in our office. We will determine how we can help you, and lay out a plan to see how we can help you reach your desired goals. Plan to spend about 30 minutes to allow ample time for us to be thorough and connect with you.
*Please note special considerations are made for infants or children with special needs. We are able to do a phone consultation to receive history and goals first, then an in office examination. Our staff is trained on knowing if this is needed for you or your family.
Your Second Visit:
After the first visit in our office the doctor will have gone over all the information together and will determine if she can help you. When you arrive for this second visit, we will go over in detail the results of your scans and consultation/exam. We will be able to answer any questions or concerns you may have. If the doctor determines chiropractic can help you, she will go over the recommendations for your care that will get you back to functioning optimally and enjoying life. Please allow 20 minutes for this visit to allow time for any questions regarding you and your families care.
Your paperwork will be emailed to you shortly after setting up your initial visits! The paperwork can include the following:
You must fill out your paperwork prior to you scheduled appointment or your appointment will have to be rescheduled. Remember, it is important to be as thorough in your paperwork as possible! The more information we receive the better we can serve you.
